City of God's Women's Ministry exists to provide opportunities for women of every age to grow in relationships with each other and Jesus. 
There are a number of ways you can get involved with our Women's Ministry throughout the year. Women's ministry events are for women of all ages (16+).

City Moms

This ministry hosts one event throughout the year specifically geared toward mothers in our congregation. This is a great way to meet other moms at the church and to grow in your ability to discipline your children well.

Meal Trains

The women's ministry at City of God helps set up meal trains for women and families going through a life transition such as a new baby, a death in the family, or medical issues. You can let us know about someone who would benefit from a meal train here. The meal train will be posted on the COG Women's Facebook page, so members of the congregation can sign up to bring food. If you would like to be a meal giver, you can always sign up when it's posted online or join our email list here. 

Women's Ministry Retreats

The Women's Ministry offers two retreat opportunities. On the even-numbered years, we pick a national retreat to go to (for example: TGC, or Revive) together. Participants pay their own way, and we offer some organization as far as carpool and lodging. On the odd years, we host our own women's retreat - this is a two-night stay at a camp for the purpose of getting away for a few days to focus our attention on Jesus. Both retreat opportunities offer a time to get to know the ladies of COG and learn more about Jesus. For more information about the next retreat, please check the calendar or email us at 

Women of Titus 2

This is always our most anticipated event which we host 4 times a year. We take our name from Titus 2: 3-5. We know the importance of older generations teaching the younger generations and we want to lean into this in any way we can.  At this event, you can expect to be served dinner, and have time to socialize with other ladies from church, and after dinner there is a speaker equipped to share her testimony, and God's word and encourage us to seek Christ in our everyday lives. These are some of the most uplifting, and challenging evenings. Come join us & bring a friend!

Social Events

The women's ministry also has regularly scheduled opportunities to enjoy time with other women. Some of our main events include a summer social event, a Christmas party, and another event in the winter. These are great events to bring friends to and come ready to have fun.
